STRATEGY

RESEARCH

Empathy maps

Empathy maps were instrumental in understanding Achieve’s potential users. Collaborating with the Achieve team, we uncovered the needs, pain points, and goals of the personas. This led to the creation of colorful, fully-realized persona characters. By prioritizing these user personas, we made strategic, data-driven design and content decisions for the website.

Persona posters

Modern and visually appealing persona posters, informed by research feedback, serve as powerful reminders for us and the Achieve team, guiding user-focused decisions to maintain the website's relevance and effectiveness.

User stories

We use data from user research to craft detailed user stories, ensuring personas can efficiently achieve their goals on the website. Our task is to structure the design and content to allow users to navigate their stories elegantly and smoothly.

Competitor analysis

Thorough competitor analysis helped Achieve identify opportunities to differentiate, grow, and enhance the brand. This critical analysis informs Achieve’s market position and sets it apart from competitors.

WEB DESIGN

Website designs

The design is based on an expanded brand palette, clear graphics, custom iconography, friendly photography and interesting typography. The result is an inviting space that puts visitors at easy straight away.

What is an RFP?

A request for proposal (RFP) is a great way for you to quickly get us up to speed on your project. It should include an introduction to your company and the reason for submitting your RFP. Tell us what it is you hope to accomplish with us and lay out any problems you or your users face with your current site. Lastly, please provide an overview of your project scope, timeline, and budget. We're happy to guide you through this on a call.
